Get found

$499+ $49 a month

Your website, for any local shop or service: your menu, services and prices, opening hours with "open now", tap to call, directions and a contact form.

Get booked

$649+ $49 a month

Everything in Get found, plus bookings: a link into your booking app (Square Appointments, Fresha and others) or a booking request form. For salons, barbers, beauty and trades.

Get orders

$849+ $79 a month

Everything in Get found, plus your full menu or range and online ordering, paid straight into your own Square. For cafés, bakeries, restaurants and florists.

These are launch prices for my first 5 businesses that start on the care plan. After that they go to $799, $949 and $1,149. I'm not registered for GST, so there's no GST on top.

The care plan, $49 a month

$79 a month if your site takes online orders. Month to month, no minimum. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Hosting and securityYour site stays online and fast.
Checked every 30 minutesIf it ever goes down, I get an alert and fix it.
Changes done for youNew hours, prices, specials or photos. Email me and it's done within 2 business days (up to 30 minutes a month).
Public holidays sortedChristmas and holiday hours updated before they happen.

Without the care plan

Add $300, so Get found is $799 and Get booked is $949. I set your site up on free hosting in your own account. It has call, text and email links instead of a contact form, and later changes are $50 each (up to 30 minutes, paid first). Online ordering needs the care plan. You can join the care plan any time.

How you pay

Half when you sign up, by tap to pay or from the Square invoice I email you, and the rest when your site goes live. The care plan is a monthly Square invoice paid from your card on file. You have 10 business days after signing up to change your mind, and I refund your deposit in full.

Questions

Do I pay anything for the mockup?

No. The mockup is free and there's no obligation. If you like it, we go from there.

How long does it take?

Your mockup is ready within 48 hours. Once you say it's good to go, it's usually live within 3 days. Online ordering can take a little longer while Square checks your account.

What do I need to give you?

A quick chat about your menu or services, prices and hours, and your OK to use photos from your own Instagram or Facebook. No good photos? Snap a few on your phone. I write the words.

What if I change my mind after paying the deposit?

Within 10 business days of signing up, I refund the deposit in full, even if I've started building. After that, if I haven't started yet, I still refund it in full. Once I've started, the deposit covers the work done.

Are there any other costs?

Only your web address (domain), about $20 to $40 a year, paid by you and registered in your name. No GST, no setup fees.

Do I have to stay on the care plan?

No. It's month to month. Give me 30 days' notice and I'll send you all your site files and help you move it.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain is in your name with your login, and once it's paid in full, the site is yours to keep.

What if you stop doing this?

I'd give you at least 30 days' notice, hand over all your site files and help you move them, so your site keeps running.

I already have a website. Can you help?

Yes. I'll do a free website check: I look at your site and Google listing and tell you honestly what might be costing you customers. Ask for one.

I need something bigger. Can you quote it?

Yes. More pages or something specific? Tell me what you need and I'll give you a clear quote before any work starts.
